Louise has spent twenty years in and around old buildings, first in antiques and salvage and then in interiors. She is the one who walks into a Georgian rectory and notices the shutters have been painted shut.

She leads on period properties, joinery and colour, and she is unusually hard to talk into removing an original feature. She takes the view that most old houses have already solved the problem you are trying to solve, and that the job is to find out how.

Madison came to interiors from furniture and product, and she runs the parts of a project that have to actually happen: the schemes, the item packs, the lead times, and the week everything arrives at once.

She leads on FF&E, procurement and styling, and she is the reason clients get a spreadsheet with every price on it rather than a mood board and a shrug. She is also the one who will tell you a sofa is four centimetres too deep.
